Hatha Raja Yoga means the Royal (raj) path of Union (Yoga). Hatha Raja Yoga is a practice of breath and movement that brings the body and mind into the natural state of meditation.

The studio's pillows, bolsters and blankets are made from natural and organic fabrics. Non-toxic, biodegradable products keep our space and linens clean. To help us minimize our impact on the earth through laundering, we do ask that you bring your own mats, towels and blankets when possible.
