Goddess Yoga


Classes take a feminine approach to yoga; nurturing your inner wisdom and reconnecting you to your inner rhythms. Goddess Yoga enhances reproductive & digestive wellness, including pelvic floor integrity and lifelong breast health, while nourishing the mind & spirit of the feminine. Classes are appropriate for women of all ages, including women who planning to conceive, pregnant women, new mothers and grandmothers.

Prana Yoga

Ayurvedic yoga is the experience of the evolution of the doshas into their sattvic essences: Prana, Tejas and Ojas. Prana yoga class promote a release of deeply seated prana with dynamic breathing exercises that are balanced with grounding postures to calm the vata mind and relax the vata body.
